August 2024 Stationery Kit Reveal!

Why hello, friend!

We are in the thick of summer here in Albuquerque! The summer rains have come (along with the mosquitos!) and I’ve been avoiding the neglected parts of the yard that are full with weeds, and opting to spend my weekends in the cooler mountains instead.

I was able to sneak away for a week to be with family in coastal Massachusetts last month, and what a refreshing time that was. Lots of porch sitting, drinking cold white wine on the porch overlooking the bay, kayaking around the shoreline, making art outside, and just experiencing a world that is so different from the one I inhabit daily - it was a much needed break.

Two years ago, I drew the “Fox on the Shore” card during this same trip, and this year I decided to revisit the feathers and I created this new feather card sitting on that same porch.
