Behind the Scenes: Inspiration for the Heritage Fabric Collection by Jen Fox Studio

I'm so pleased to share my new fabric collection with you, called Heritage. This is a special collaboration with my friends at Hip Stitch, which is my local fabric shop here in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Inspired by my Scandinavian roots, this collection blends the cool icy tones of the sea with the warmth of dappled sunlight on cobblestone pathways.

With a nod to vintage and art deco motifs, the designs are a blend of inspiration found abroad and in my home in the high desert of New Mexico.

Last year, I was fortunate enough to spend two weeks with one of my dearest friends in Sweden. We explored the city, took ferries to little islands off the coast, and had a delightful time together. I left feeling inspired by the colors, the textures, and all of the vintage motifs I saw while I was there.
